Your enrollment includes: 12 weeks of live instruction Experiential somatic practices Embodied Roots™ student workbook Peer practice Real-world case studies Live questions, discussion & mentorship Ethics and scope-of-practice education Final integration/practicum Embodied Roots™ Practitioner Certification upon successful completion This isn't a watch-a-few-videos-and-print-your-certificate program. Certification represents successful completion of the learning, practice, ethics, and integration requirements. Sessions will be on Tuesday Evenings: 6pm CST - Most Sessions are 2 hours long

Cancellation Policy

Payment & Cancellation Policy Effective January 1, 2026 • Payment is required at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received. • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule 1:1 sessions. Cancellations made with proper notice will receive a session credit valid for 90 days. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals receive the remaining time only. • All coaching programs, packages, and group experiences are non-refundable. • For programs with monthly payment plans, cards are securely held on file and charged on scheduled dates. Missed payments may result in paused access. By booking or enrolling, you agree to this policy.
